I am a 33 year old mother of 3. I am single, I hold university degree from University of South Africa in Education and also have a TEFL qualification. I love reading and writing.   I am fluent in speaking as well as writing and reading English.

My name is Nkateko Rikhotso, and I was born in a small village In December 2000. 

On the surface, I think I am I am like most young and modern woman. I have dreams and goals for the future and I am determined to make happen. And I would work hard to achieve these goals. What makes me special is perhaps my family background. I come from a very conservative and religious family who have old fashioned and set ideas about the role of women. So it was not an easy task for me to have modern goals and dreams of going to college and getting a proper education to reach success.

At first it never occurred to me that pursuing my family to let me continue my education was my first achievement, But this was my first step in the leader of success. Looking back, I've realized that this was my biggest success which would impact the lives of women in our family. I have not only paved way for my higher education but also for my younger sisters and nieces education.

I then proceeded to collect necessary funds by doing odd jobs. I believe those jobs taught new skills  such as responsibility,money management, Organization, Perseverance,and compasion for others,

That determinination I have shown up so far will only grow stronger as I grow older and more mature. I plan to make my higher education abroad and a well-rounded one that will allow me to explore both my academic and creative writing.

I am an experienced professional educator registered with council of educators. I have been teaching high school maths for 20 years and been marking grade 12 final exams since 2015. I have a passion for helping young people to understand maths concepts and I break down complex topics into small bits that are easy to understand. I have a strong understanding of the the structure of the syllabus which helps a lot when providing exam coaching to learn.i also provide practice activities for each concept taught. I am able to link concepts across grades and am able to fill in knowledge that i identify in learners.

My name is Maa Khaoa Thabiso Mokoena. I have been teaching English since 1997, mostly to high school students. However, in 2015 I also started teaching online with TutorABC. I recently started online teaching with Native Camp. In 2018 I worked as an academic literacy facilitator for undergraduate students at the University of South Africa (UNISA).

As a teacher, I was never limited by the background of the student. I taught in rural Venda but still honed my students to come first in national competitions like the National Schools’ Moot Court Competition. One of my students even came first in the international SADC Essay Writing Competition. I believe in empowering my students to use the English language to get where they want to get in life.

Professionally I strive to keep up-to-date with current trends in education. I always try to come up with innovative methods to deliver content so that it is meaningful to my learners. In my family, I am a third generation teacher. I am passionate about my job, my students and their futures.

My name is Ntando Malele and i am currently enrolled at the University of Cape Town, studying towards a chemical engineering degree and am currently in my 3rd year.I matriculated in the year 2020 with an average of 72.75 and 3 distinctions, one of them being mathematics with a 90%. I have a history of excelling in the fields of mathematics and physical sciences,life sciences and geography, this began with winning 2 1st position prizes for mathematics and physical sciences along with 2 2nd position prizes in Life sciences and geography and a best grade 10 sciences learner in my school. I am very passionate when it involves mathematics and physical sciences and due to this passion i have assisted my other former matriculents succeed in mathematics and physical sciences. I will ensure to explain concepts that are difficult to understand in a very engaging and intruiging way, that will assist learners in achieve grades that they may not believe they can achieve.
