Hi,
I am Anilkumar, completed 2 PG's and working as a Software Professional.
My work time enables me to spend extra time on coaching, and mentoring people. This is also one of my job roles in my organization.
I like understanding peoples requests and mentor them accordingly, this gives me intense satisfaction and love it from inside. I try my best to explain things using lay man examples which helps people to understand in a better way. Using Jargons is not something I prefer, and probably this makes me different from others, as I feel using day - day examples while explaining things will become easy.
I believe in continuous learning and happy learning.
